TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our customers are private pilots and we aim to provide you with a safe and cost effective service, whether it be flying training, the purchase of a map, or an aircraft annual. If you are not satisfied please let us know and we will seek to resolve the problem immediately.
Our maintenance and avionic work is warranted for 3 months, and we will repair or replace (at our option) any defective item, excluding fair wear and tear. This does not include any customer supplied item.
Unless agreed otherwise we ask that you pay for flying lessons after completion, shop items on collection, and maintenance work on aircraft handover. If you are a group member then monthly invoices will be sent out and you are requested to settle these within 14 w calendar days of receipt.
